The HCSCC helps consumers, carers, and service providers –including government, private and non-government health, and community services – to resolve complaints and build better health and community services for all. This all starts with a conversation. We developed a new brand identity for the HCSCC to open a conversation in the community and let people know they’re there for them.

 A recent and much-needed office move to a ground floor site saw an opportunity to increase awareness and introduce a little vibrancy to the street. In contrast, our internal graphics created a quiet and calm space for the community as they have hard conversations.
