Health and Community Services Complaints Commissioner

The HCSCC helps consumers, carers, and service providers—including government, private, and non-government health and community services—resolve complaints and build better services for all. It all starts with a conversation. We developed a new brand identity to open that conversation and let people know the HCSCC is there for them. A recent office move to a ground-floor site created an opportunity to bring vibrancy to the street, while our internal graphics provide a quiet, calm space for the community to have difficult conversations.
