A brief history
Established in 1999, WDM Studio is an experienced and energetic group of creative people with a reputation for consistently and efficiently delivering great work. We acknowledge our formative years working with some of Australia’s largest agribusinesses and some of Adelaide’s much-loved brands such as Balfours, Safcol and Pizza Haven. We’ve photographed tractors around the country, produced magazines for John Deere, designed packaging for FruChocs, campaigned for more than ten Royal Shows (and may there be another in 2022!) and flown with the Royal Flying Doctor Service for more than a decade. We launched a little paper cup from local business (now global manufacturer) Detmold Packaging and even had a season or three with the Crows! It’s hard to believe that we’ve gone past 21 years and while we are very proud of our history – we are enjoying the here and now and excited about the future.
Crafty
With a move to fresh warehouse digs in 2015 the agency acquired Crafty Design and quickly gained successful recognition in the growing Adelaide hospitality market, creating brands, labels and restaurant interiors. Crafty brought a new client base to the agency and with it came a bunch of fresh faces in our studio. Consolidating the agency in our new premises on Flinders Street, WDM Studio will soon absorb the Crafty brand. An exciting chapter in the pages of our history book.

We are a small team with big energy. Our team extends beyond our studio walls to the many talented suppliers, contributors and freelancers with whom we have forged strong working relationships and friendships. Our community of trusted, like-minded businesses enable the agency to deliver work responsively and efficiently while our clients are able to enjoy cost-effective delivery of their projects.
